11. Reimbursement Policy

Calendico values the satisfaction of our customers and understands that sometimes the service may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a reimbursement policy as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Eligibility for Reimbursement
  To be eligible for a reimbursement, customers must meet the following criteria:
• The request for reimbursement must be made within 30 days of the payment.
• The customer must provide a strong valid reason for requesting a reimbursement, such as dissatisfaction with the service due technical issues that prevent the use of the service.
• Customers must have used the service in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and not have violated any usage policies.
• Process for Requesting Reimbursement
• Customers must submit a reimbursement request through [email protected] or through our contact line listed on the site.
• The request must include the customer's name, contact information, purchase details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the reimbursement request.
• Review and Processing of Requests
• Cancelation of subscriptions must be notified to Calendico no later than 5 days before the end of the current cycle in order to avoid being invoiced next month.
• All reimbursement requests will be reviewed by our customer support team. We may contact you to request additional information or clarification.
• Reimbursement decisions will be made within 14 business days of receiving the request. Total reimbursements shall only be made in case there was a billing issue or a technical difficulty that blocks the proper usage of the platform.
• If approved, the reimbursement will be processed, and funds will be returned to the original method of payment within 30 days, or another payment method shall be agreed with the customer.
• Limitations
• Reimbursements are limited to the purchase price of the service.
• Recurring subscriptions may only be reimbursed for the most recent billing cycle.
• Services modified or utilized in ways not intended or supported by Calendico are not eligible for reimbursement.
